significant time, expertise, and allocated resources — all payments are strictly non-refundable once work has

No Refund After Work Commences

Once a project has started including any research, planning, strategy, design, development, or other
preparatory activity no refund will be issued under any circumstances, regardless of the reason for
cancellation. This applies even if only a portion of the project has been completed at the time of cancellation.

Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds will only be considered in the following limited and exceptional circumstances:
■ Duplicate Payment: You have been charged more than once for the same invoice or service in error.
■ Pre-Commencement Cancellation: You cancel the project in writing before any work has started and no
resources have been allocated or reserved.
■ Complete Service Failure: We are wholly unable to deliver the agreed service due to a fault entirely on
our part, and no reasonable remedy has been offered.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:
■ Work has commenced in any form — including planning, research, or initial design (see Section 2).
■ Dissatisfaction due to a change in your personal taste, brand direction, or business strategy after work has
started.
■ Project delays caused by the client, including late provision of content, access, approvals, or feedback.
■ Third-party costs such as domain registration, web hosting, advertising spend, stock photography, or
software licence fees.
■ Milestones, phases, or deliverables that have already been completed and approved by the client.
■ Cancellation after a project deadline has passed due to client inaction or non-responsiveness.
■ Dissatisfaction with SEO rankings, traffic results, or lead volumes, as these depend on external market
and algorithm factors beyond our control.

Deposits Are Non-Refundable

All deposits paid to initiate a project are strictly non-refundable. Deposits are collected to reserve time in our
team’s schedule, begin project planning, and allocate the necessary resources to your engagement.

How to Submit a Refund Request

If you believe you qualify for a refund under Section 3, please contact us at hello@brandnexainfotech.com
with the subject line: Refund Request – [Your Name / Invoice Number]. Your request should include your
invoice number, a clear explanation of the reason, and any supporting documentation. We will acknowledge
your request within 3 business days and provide a full written response within 10 business days.

Approved Refund Processing

If a refund is approved following our review, it will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original
payment method used — whether PayPal, Stripe, Razorpay, UPI, bank transfer, or credit/debit card. Actual
processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving all concerns professionally and in good faith. If you are not satisfied with our
decision regarding a refund request, you may escalate your concern in writing for further review. Unresolved
